Cancellation Policy

As a stylist I value all my guests' time in the salon. I understand certain circumstances are unavoidable but I request at least a 24 hour notice if you know you will miss your appointment. Appointments cancelled within the 24 hour period will be charged 50% of the service fee. If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without notifying me in advance, you will be charged 100% of the service fee. Please make sure to let me know if you are unable to make it so I can accommodate other customers. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, I reserve the right to cancel your appointment or charge a $15 late fee. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. All services are non-refundable.
